Play • Meditate • Plan – Annual Goal-Setting Workshop

2015/01/31 (Sat) @ 09:00 - 18:00

| ¥400

* Envision and plan your main goals for 2015
* Learn how your personality type influences your goal-setting behavior
* Experience mindfulness, activate all your senses and summon your creativity to design and pursue your goals
* Design a framework to monitor your progress during the year
* Build meaningful connections: network and team up with (un)likeminded people
* Get playful and have fun in a trusting and relaxing environment!

In this two-day workshop, we will work on a variety of questions to help you gain better clarity about your vision, goals, and the actions required to make your year 2015 as fulfilling as possible. We will work with a number of group activities and insightful games to let you experience and understand yourself under simulated conditions, and observe some of your tendencies in working towards your goals, planning your time, and taking action.

This is a facilitated inquiry about your main goals in 2015. Get ready for some meditation, lots of writing and self-reflection, but also sharing, visualization, interactive games, and friends! You will review your last year, will set goals and define the support you need to facilitate your resolutions, and achieve your goals.

After confirming your attendance, you will receive a welcome package on how to get prepared for your two-day journey. It is easy. We will just ask you to bring some strange stuff with you to spice up your goal-setting experience and accomplish a few tiny tasks before coming!
